Big yes to the improving body image. I see so much of this. So much worry about body size. Butt too big, breasts too small, thighs too fat, etc into infinity. Overly thin models are such a detriment to healthy sexuality. I want to march up to Madison Avenue and shake some sense into those so-called dictators of style.

Well in our 43 years of marriage intimacy sex love totally disappeared. And that is'nt bad.
I rather enjoy it. Its been 30 years since sex, love and intimacy was in my life. We talk some times only small talk, no deep thinking. In our 60s now she has her things and I have mine.

I read this in less than 3 days, and have been able to apply a lot of what I learned from it to my own life since then.
