What can you do today to bring a deeper sense of intimacy into your relationship?
I'm not talking about going on an exotic trip or purchasing some amazing gift. I'm talking about today, in your everyday routine of life, what can you do to bring your relationship a touch closer?
Often when we want to improve relationships we feel there must be some big thing we need to change, or something we want to change in our partner but often even a simple little change can bring us closer to one another.
The way to do this is to just hold the question in your heart and mind..."what can I do today to deepen intimacy and strengthen my relationship?"
Just having the question in your mind will stimulate your brain to come up with answers. If you hold this question in your awareness, your mind will look for ways to improve your relationship.
Holding a question in your heart is a simple yet powerful technique to help us bring into existence that which we desire.
Today, as you go about your usual tasks of life, ask yourself what it is you can do to make your relationship better.
Then listen to your intuition and thoughts, because they WILL tell you want it is you can do, what it is your partner needs, or what it is that will make some positive changes.
I guarantee it!

I think there are a lot of men, probably the majority of us, that if anything has to change it always has to be something big and that sends a lot of us scurrying for the basement or garage. I wish all men knew that it is not necessarily a big change, a big gift, an expensive night out ... it could be as simple as making dinner once a week, running a bubble bath for your love, making an effort to tell her that you love her (aside from when you are getting some action in the bedroom) more often ... if the effort is genuine and is not a one night thing and if it comes from the heart ... you will make her the happiest person you know. Of course all of this is from a male perspective. I believe that women in general are so much better at this than men are.
